Be a Zoo Keeper for a Half Day : £50.00

Being a zoo keeper for a half day can make a unique gift for anyone 6 to 16 years old.

Under the supervision of the keepers, help clean out and feed a variety of animals from around the world. See what else a zoo keeper has to do on a daily basis:

You will get the opportunity to see us working with a varied collection of animals from snakes and spiders to monkeys and meerkats, helping out where the keepers feel you can.

For a donation of £50.00 you will receive:

• A half day with the zoo keepers
• Access into a variety of animal enclosures under the supervision of the keepers
• A personalised Certificate of being a zoo keeper for a half day
• A poster of one of your favourite animals
• A gift bag

The day starts at 9.45am when you will meet the keepers and see them getting the animal feeds ready. You will then help in the zoo feeding and cleaning a variety of animals. Your day will finish at 1.45pm.

Bookings can either be made for a specific date or an open voucher can be issued, which are valid for 1 year from the date of booking.  Please note these are non refundable.
 
Payment is normally made by credit card over the phone and the credit card receipt together with the invitation is then forwarded by post.
