There are two types of birthday parties available for children, each require a minimum of 10 children:

Soft play birthday party

First hour is in the indoor/outdoor play areas followed by one hour in the party room. 

Cost is £9.00 per child including party box of food
 

Mega birthday party

First hour is spent in the zoo with a 30 minute handling session in the education room, followed by a 30 minute zoo tour with a keeper.  This is followed by 1 hour in the indoor/outdoor play areas and the final hour is in the party room. 

Cost is £14.00 per child including party box of food
 
Party Box cold meal for each child includes a sausage roll, packet of crisps, yoghurt, small cake, small packet of gummy sweets, fun size chocolate bar and a fruit shoot bottle of juice.  Please advise 3 days prior of any special dietary requirements for any of the children.
 
To check availability or make a booking, please call the main zoo number. A deposit of 50% of the total balance is required to secure a booking with the balance and final numbers due 3 days prior to the party date.
 
Parties are normally held between the hours of 10am till 6pm, but we are happy to offer exclusive use of this area at no additional cost, subject to availability.
 
The parents of the birthday child gain free entry into the zoo area for the handling session and zoo tour, additional adults will be charged at £6.50 per person. 
Please note that there is no charge for additional parents staying within the soft play/party room.
 
The Party room is situated within the indoor soft play area and can accommodate between 30 to 40 children for a party.
Parents are asked to provide a birthday cake, candles, matches and a knife. There is a CD player if you wish to bring music and you are welcome to play party games in here.
